Corporate Statement on Forced Labor

“CHF Industries Inc. is committed to consistently delivering quality products by ensuring our global partners' ethical, legal, responsible, and sustainable sourcing practices and their complete supply chain.”

CHF Industries Inc., our suppliers, and related entities are committed to ensuring that forced labor does not occur anywhere in its global supply chain. CHF’s Global Labor Practices, which applies to all suppliers and contractors working with CHF, strictly prohibits the use of child labor and forced labor of any kind. CHF considers this as a ZERO TOLERANCE issue.

Throughout the last couple of years, we have performed a comprehensive review of our direct suppliers and manufacturers across the globe to ensure they were in complete compliance with our Global Labor Practices.

CHF has a due diligence process that includes compliance monitoring and remediation processes. CHF's own compliance team conducts a factory evaluation during factory onboarding and periodically visits the supplier to remediate any issues highlighted during the audit.  Recently CHF has engaged an expert third-party entity to evaluate our Suppliers Responsible Sourcing & Ethical Practices to get an external and unbiased overview of our supply chain.

We have an ongoing process to review our suppliers’ practices with respect to the sourcing of raw materials as well. We aim to continue to scrutinize our supply chain at all levels and in every part of the world to ensure that CHF’s products are manufactured by suppliers committed to doing business in accordance with responsible, ethical, legal, and internationally recognized practices for the well-being of local and global communities.

We continue to collaborate with industry experts, partners, stakeholders, and other organizations to understand, evaluate and address matters related to forced labor.
